Commission opened bids for the Parking Garage. Three bids
were submitted by local companies: W.A. Sheets ($12,099,000),
Weigand Construction ($12,591,000) and Hagerman Construction
($12,482,000). W.A. Sheets had the low bid at $12.5 million
which is almost a $1 million less than the estimate.
