- John Kalb has again asked the Indiana State Board of Accounts
and the Indiana Attorney General to examine issues surrounding
land purchases in the Square. Kalb has asked the AG to go to
court to tell the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission it broke the
law in how it bought the property.

E. Meyers named by Al Moll, Fort Wayne Parks Director, as the
donor of $300,000 to be used in the construction of the City Park
included in the Harrison Square project. The park may be
named after Meyers.

Redevelopment Commission. The engineer's estimate was for
$4.7 million and covered the risers, outfield walls, bowl of the
stadium and concourse.

- Parking Garage contract awarded to W.A. Sheets with their bid at
$12.1 million. Hagerman Construction awarded concrete bid
for $4.1 million. Some of the concrete work will also be for
foundation work, shade structures, bar area and outfield barbecue
